Sales Policy
Goods Travel at the risk of the customer. No claims are accepted more than 5 days after receipt of goods.
Returns, Refund and Claim Policy
Return policy is valid for wrongly shipped items only. We will accept return claims for wrongly shipped items provided a claim is submitted within 5 days of receipt of goods.
If you receive a defective item, you have to submit a claim via e-mail to office@sun-and-surf.com within 5 days of delivery. We have to run through the warrantee claim procedure of the suppliers. If approved by supplier, we will accept the claim. In that case, we will follow the manufacturer's policy for either a full refund or a replacement with a new item. If the supplier refuses the claim, www.boarders.ae and Sun & Surf Trading DWC-LLC will be held not responsible for the claim.
Any claims to be submitted via e-mail to office@sun-and-surf.com with your order number, copy of invoice and details about the product (pictures) you would like to claim. We will respond within 72 hrs. with instructions on how to proceed with the claim.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations based on agreements with suppliers. We reserve our right to exclude any destination that might create a trading conflict with existing distributors or a country that has existing commercial and/or political sanctions in place as per the policy of the United Arab Emirates government.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Disputes
Any dispute will be settled in the court of the state of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
